Reiki

Colette Catlin is a shamanic practitioner and a Certified Level 1 and 2 Reiki Practitioner. Shamanic drum healing is included in all of her Reiki sessions.

Colette met with our Executive Director when Sober Sisters Recovery first opened and became a part of the holistic services offered here at Malley Farm. She has been with us since the fall of 2017, providing one on one weekly reiki treatments for our women and staff.

Colette is an amazing, ongoing spiritual support to everyone here at Malley Farm for Women.

Guided Meditation

Larry provides guided meditation for our women here at Malley Farm to help with relaxation and develop a peaceful sense of self. The deep state of relaxation found in meditation can help bring about healing of the body and mind by learning to analyze one’s own thoughts and actions; thus, through the application of mindfulness in their everyday life, discover opportunities to bring about positive change in their life.

Larry taught meditation at the Dover Adult Learning Center for a number of years and has also run monthly mediation sessions for other recovery programs.

Joey Macoul & Leah Lynch

Qi-Gong & Sound Bowl Healing

Joey and Leah are residents of Plum Island, Massachusetts and both are dedicated energy healers, wellness advocates, and trusted board members for Malley Farm for Women.

Leah Lynch is a certified yoga instructor and wellness advocate and is certified in Reiki, integrated energy therapy, and shamanic healing. Joey Macoul studied under David Coon of Qigong Awareness and has his Qi Gong instructors 50 Certification.

Infusing each session with the vibration of love, Joey and Leah have a unique approach to healing and personify a yin yang balance. Combining their experience in Reiki, Qigong, Integrated Energy Therapy, Yogic training and Shamanism each session they offer is a new and exciting mix of gentle movement breath work and sound.

Sara is committed to life and living through the lens of yoga, wellness, and nature. She teaches public and private yoga around the seacoast. As a devoted student of Yoga since 2012 and a teacher since 2016, her training and experience includes vinyasa, yin, prenatal and postnatal yoga.

Inspired by the benefits the practice has provided in her own life, Sara guides students through a transformational, breath-centered practice for wellness of mind, body & spirit. She’s honored to lead yoga twice per month at Malley Farm For Women.
